Streamyx S.U.C.K.S

It had been a long long time I never update this blog. Being so busy to enjoy my holidays with family and friends for the whole month. When I was back to kl, Mr. Streamyx was down for almost one week. The reason is, the line was cut due to the late payment. Well, more precisely, I should say, it had been a few months I never got my Streamyx bill. (I used to pay a lump sum payment in advance for a few months every time. Hence, I couldn't remember when is my last bill.)


I drop by to a tm point to make my payment. When I requested to get to know more on the details on my last payment, the officer there told me that, I got to go back to the main centre to request for it.

Then, I drive to another tm point told by the officer there. When I step in, I immediately press for my number and wait for my turn to make my payment. As my number was being called, I walked to the counter and told the incharged person at the counter that I want to make my payment. Then, I make my complain where I never get my bill for a few months and request her to check n print me the bill. Then this fella told me that, she incharged only for payment, I have to go and Q at the front information counter to request another fella to do so.

I was like, huh, means I got to Q there for so long then get another number and Q for my turn to pay again??

I was so angry. To me, it isn't my fault of not getting the bill. Why is it so troublesome to get the bill which I should have?

Mud guy asked me to cool down and just Q for it. After Q for almost half an hour, that's my turn to tell the one sitting at the information counter about my problems. He gave me a very very funny answer. He said, " Miss, if u want us to print the bill for u, we will charge u RM 5 per bill." I looked at him, " what? I never get the bill and u ask me to pay for getting the bill?" Then he added, " miss, it's ok, i can print the 1st page for u for free. Regarding the bill, itu bukan masalah kita. kalau tak dapat bill, You have to make a report at post office. Sebab, kami ada kontrak dengan mereka, kami dah sub-kan tugas ni kepada mereka."

I was so speechless. How dare he gave me such idiot answer. Don't ever tell me that if I never got my Digi o Maxis bill, then I should go post office to seek for it~! Frankly say, this is what we call customer service. I have been through this kind of situation before. Digi directly print out my bill for me without saying anything and incurred any charges.

Finally, I still make my payment as usual. Deep in my heart, I was so so so hesitate to subscribe it anymore. I have no choices other than streamyx. If P1 has reach here, if I don't need to share this line with my courmates, definitely, I will tell them to unsubscribe it on the spot.
